We conducted an interactive webinar with IISER, focused on explaining the concept and critical importance of Product–Market Fit (PMF) for young entrepreneurs. Rather than a one-way lecture, the session was designed as an open, practical conversation around how real startups discover, test, and validate demand before scaling.
Students actively engaged with questions around customer discovery, early traction signals, common PMF mistakes, and why most startups fail before reaching it. Real-world examples and founder-led insights helped bridge theory with execution, making the discussion highly relevant for first-time entrepreneurs.
The webinar turned into a lively, two-way exchange, with students sharing their ideas, assumptions, and challenges, and receiving direct, actionable feedback. The session reinforced the need for clarity, experimentation, and market truth in entrepreneurship setting the right foundation for building ventures that solve real problems, not just interesting ideas.
